1. Zero tolerance
DNA Romance LTD prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and any attempt to use our services to exploit a minor.
Where we offer matching or direct-messaging services, they are for adults only. We require an adult age check before access to those services.
2. How to report a concern
Where the app provides profiles or user interactions, use its Report profile control to select a safety category. You can also contact the Child Safety Team at support@dnaromance.com.
Reports are recorded for review. Do not include a copy of suspected CSAM in an email or a report.
3. Review and enforcement
We review safety reports and may remove content, restrict or suspend accounts, preserve required records, and report apparent CSAM or other illegal conduct to appropriate authorities where required.
Direct-messaging services screen selected high-risk safety signals, and users can block accounts to stop direct messages.
